A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING
THE PLANS, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND WORKING DETAILS FOR THE LONG
BEACH BOULEVARD AND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 4011.67.887 AND AUTHORIZING PUBLIC WORKS
STAFF TO SOLICIT BIDS
WHEREAS, the plans, contract documents and working details for the Long
Beach Boulevard and Imperial Highway Sewer Main Replacement Project, Project No
4011 67 887 are complete and ready for the City Counal of the City of Lynwood's
review, consideration and adoption, and ,~
WHEREAS, the estimated construction cost for the;prolect~is $230 8,00, aan.d;~'~.:~,
.;
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of Lynwood has
determined that said protects are in accordance with the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) and are categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (C) of the
CEQA guidelines pertaining to statutory exemptions, and
WHEREAS, the protect is ready to be advertised for the solicitation of bids
NOW THEREFORE, THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Long Beach Boulevard and Impenal Highway Sewer Main
Replacement Project, Protect No. 4011 67 887 is in conformance with the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and is categorically exempt.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby adopts the
Plans, Contract Documents and Working Details for the Long Beach Boulevard and
Imperial Highway Sewer Main Replacement Project, Protect No 4011 67 887
Section 3. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the
solicitation of bids for said project.
Section 4. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2010.
