RESOLUTION NO. 2010.034
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ORDERING
THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE AND FILE AREPORT -RREGARDING THE
LYNWOOD LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, AS REQUIRED
BY THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972 (PART TWO OF DIVISION 15
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA), FOR
fISCAL YEAR 2010-2011
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on August 1, 1978,
adopt Resolution No 78-78 ordering the formation of the Lynwood Landscape
Maintenance Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, there are no proposed new improvements or any substantial
changes in existing improvements listed in Resolution 78-73 which. was adopted on July
18, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Section 22500 et. Seq of the Streets and Highways Code require
that an annual report regarding the Assessment District be prepared and filed
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Engineer is hereby ordered to prepare and file a
report m relation to said Assessment District, all in accordance with Part 2, Division 15
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California
Section .2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adopt(on ,
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of'•tliis Resolution ~
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16t" day of February, 2010.
