LYNCH Dear Gulf Stream Resident, Telephone (561) 276-5116 Fm (561)737-0186 MUD090MOK Tawe Clerk RITA L TAYLOR Today, June 26, 2001, the City of Delray Beach notified the Town that your water service would be interrupted Thursday and/or Friday to perform the final connections to the Town of Gulf Stream water system. When these improvements have been completed, you will no longer be a water customer of the City of Delray Beach and will become the water customer of the Town of Gulf Stream. The Town bills water service on a bi-monthly schedule. Your first water bill from the Town of Gulf Stream should arrive the first week of August 2001. That bill will be for only the portion supplied by the Town. You should also receive a bill from the City of Delray Beach for that portion provided by them. These new service water lines should increase your water pressure. Because the two providers charge different fees, your water bill may show an increase. To have the water rates explain to you, please call me at Town Hall. We look forward to serving you and appreciate your patience during this construction process. Sincerely, U &G William H.
