RESOLUTION y21-9�
WHEREAS, that certain street in the City of Medina
known as Apache Drive, the centerline of which is described
as follows:
Commencing on the South right-of-way line County
State Aid Highway 24 at a point on the East line
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
118, Range 23, thence South along said East line
to the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter
of said Northwest Quarter and there terminating,
has for more than six years continuously been used as a
public highway and has for more than six years continuously
been kept in repair and worked on by the City of Medina as a
public highway,
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that said Apache
Drive, above -described has been and is pursuant to the
provisions of Section 160.05, Subdivision 1 of the Minnesota
Statutes dedicated as a public road with a total width of 33
feet, being 16.5 feet on either side of said centerline as
above described.
