LYNCH Dear Resident: TOWN OF GULF STREAM PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA Town of Gulf Stream Courtesy Notice Telephone (561)27r,5116 FM (561) 737-0168 Town Manager KRISTW KERN GARRISON Town Clak RRA L TAYLOR A problem with feral cats has been reported in the vicinity of your property. In order to address this health and safety problem, the Town will be working with Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. Additionally, we have contracted with an animal control firm to supplement the County's efforts. In order to humanely contain the animals, traps will be placed in various locations in the community. All untagged trapped animals will be taken to Palm Beach County Animal Control. Any cat trapped with the proper tags will be released the first time. On the second offense, the cat will be taken to animal control. During the next month we ask for your assistance with the following: 1. Please keep all pets properly contained or leashed, in compliance with Town and County ordinances. In the event that your property is considered an appropriate location for a trap, we ask for your cooperation. 3. Please do not feed feral animals; this exacerbates the problem. 4. Please clean up after your pets. It is a violation of Town and County ordinances to fail to clean up after your pets. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the Town Hall. 100 SEA ROAD, GULF STREAM, FLORIDA 33483
