CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of October 1, 2007, was convened at 5:50 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived at 5:53 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Layton,
Koon, Medin, Penfold, and Smith
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr announced that Bills 2007 -45 and 2007 -46 (airport leases) will go into
effect this date without his signature as he does not agree with the bills as they were passed.
Mayor John Landwehr stated that unless the Council objects, he would ask Pat Sullivan to
present Resolution RS2007 -22 early in the meeting to allow the two recipients of the
Outstanding City Employee Award to leave afterwards if they wished.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
