ANDERSON, INC. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING WHEREAS, Walter G. Anderson, Inc, has made application for a conditional use permit for a 100,000 square foot industrial build- ing on the property, the legal description of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as Exhibit A. WHEREAS, the construction and operation of the proposed use subject to the conditions hereafter stated meets the criteria for granting conditional use permits of the Medina Zoning Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA: 1. That a conditional use permit be granted to Walter G. Anderson, Inc. to operate a combined warehouse, manufacturing plant and office building 100,000 square feet in area, at 4535 Willow Drive on property described on Exhibit A, subject to the fol- lowing conditions: a. That the construction and operation of the facilities shall conform in all respects to the Codes and Ordi- nances of the City of Medina; b. The facility shall be constructed in accordance with the parking plan, landscaping plan, drainage plan, con- struction plan, and all other plans and proposals pre- sented by the applicant; c. A copy of a permit from the Minnesota Department of Transportation be placed on file with the City Zoning Administrator granting access from T.H. 55 to the real estate which is described on Exhibit B and attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference; d. That provisions be made for opaque screening for all rooftop mechanical equipment, which is architecturally consistent with the structure; e. That Willow Drive north of T.H. 55 be upgraded to a nine ton capacity for a distance of i'f_ feet north of its intersection with T.H. 55 with the cost, through Chapter 429 of Minnesota Statutes, to be borne by the applicant.
