Constable of the Town of Brewster
Greetings :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are
hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of Brewster
qualified to vote in Town affairs to meet at the Brewster Community
Center/ Town Offices , 2198 Main Street , in said Brewster on MONDAY ,
the SIXTEENTH DAY OF MAY , 1994 from 7 : 00 a . m . to 8 : 00 p . m . then and
there to vote on the following officers :
One Moderator for One Year
Two Selectmen/Assessors for Three Years
One Constable for One Year
One Brewster School Committee Member for Three Years
One Brewster School Committee Member for Two Years
One Board of Health Member for Three Years
One Planning Board Member for Five Years
One Water Commissioner for Three Years
One Recreation Commissioner for Three Years
One Brewster Housing Authority Member for Five Years
and the following Ballot Questions :
QUESTION 1
Shall the Town of Brewster be allowed to assess an additional
$ 132 , 468 . 00 in real estate and personal property taxes for the
purpose of funding the Brewster Elementary School ' s operational
budget for the fiscal year beginning July first nineteen hundred
and ninety- five ?
YES NO
QUESTION 2
Shall the Town of Brewster be allowed to assess an additional
$ 176 , 222 . 00 in real estate and personal property taxes for the
purpose of funding the Nauset Regional School District ' s
operational budget for the fiscal year beginning July first
nineteen hundred and ninety- five ?
YES NO
QUESTION 3
Shall the Town of Brewster be allowed to exempt from the provisions
of Proposition two and one - half , so - called , its apportioned share
of the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued by the Nauset
Regional School District in order to prepare architectural and
engineering plans for the remodeling , reconstructing and making
extraordinary repairs to the High School and for the constructing ,
originally equipping and furnishing an addition thereto ?

The polls will open at 7 : 00 o ' clock a . m . and close at
8 : 00 o ' clock p . m .
And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting
attested copies thereof in at least six ( 6 ) public places ;, ;,
different parts of Town at least seven days before the time of
holding said election .
Hereof fail not , and m: ke due return of the Warrant with
your doings thereon ;: o the Town Clerk at the time and place of
aforesaid election .

I Roland W . Bassett , duly qualified Constable for the
Town of Brewster , hereby certify that I served the Warrant for the
Annual Town Election of May 16 , 1994 , by posting attested copies
thereof , in the six ( 6 ) public places in different parts of the
Town , in accordance with the Town Bylaws , on the day of
April , 1994 .
