Good News:
The Town of Gulf Stream has contracted to pave Oleander on March 10, 1999! This work
should be completed in 1 — 3 days if all goes well.

Bad News:
As you know Oleander is very narrow. Because the equipment necessary to do the paving
is very wide, sections of Oleander in front of your property will be temporarily closed. The
contractor will be working as rapidly as feasible to limit your inconvenience.
During and shortly after completing the paving you may experience some "tracking" from
the newly place asphalt. Unfortunately this tracking will be unavoidable. To limit the
tracking on your driveway, please allow the asphalt to dry for 24 hours.
