A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE BULLIS ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT
NO. 5-5138, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to Shawnan Corp ,
on May 7, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the pro~ect started on June 18, 2001, and was
completed on February 22, 2002, and
and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $1,136,270.52,
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on March 5, 2002
and found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 That the City Council accepts the Bullis Road
Improvement Project, No 05-5138, as being complete and in accordance with
contract documents '
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect.immediately upon its
