Please be advised the Town Commission will hold a Workshop Meeting and Public
Hearing to discuss the possible annexation of properties located northeast of the existing
town limits along North Ocean Boulevard and properties located north of Place Au Soleil.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 20, 1994 at 4:00 PM in the Commission
Chambers at the Town Hall, 100 Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida 33483.
One of the primary objectives of the meeting is to receive input on this important issue
from Gulf Stream residents. You are invited and encouraged to attend and share your
thoughts with the Commission. If you wish, you may submit your comments in writing
to the Town Hall.
The town staff has prepared several reports on the issues involved in these annexations.
A summary of these reports can be obtained free of charge from the Town Hall during
regular business hours.
Please note that a final decision on this issue will not be made at this meeting. However,
the comments received at this meeting will be considered carefully when a decision is
made. Therefore, attendance and participation at this meeting is very important for
anyone interested in the subject.
