~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE '
~ CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
AMENDMENT TO THE STREET SWEEPING
CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE.THE AMENDMENT ~ ~
° WHEREAS; the City of Lynwood (City) and Nationwide Environmental
Services (Contractor) have entered into certain services agreement (Agreement). dated
February 1, 1994, which sets forth tlie terms and conditions for the City's street sweeping
services, and ~
WHEREAS, certain provisions ~in the Agreement have been changed that
have resulted in an increased operating cost to Contractor; and
, - VJHEREAS, Contractor has submitted a request for an increase in service,
~ and ~ .
WHEREAS, staff has reviewecl Contractor's request and found that rt is
reasonable. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood as follows: ~
Section 1. That the City Council approves a contract amendment to the
services agreerrient with Nationwide Environmental Services for the street sweeping
services '

Section 2- That the ~ Mayor is authorized to execute said contract
amendment:
Section 3. This°resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
