A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE PLATT AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 05-5249, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to Bannaoun
Engineers-Constructors, for the Platt Avenue Street Improvement Project, Project
No 05-5249, funded by AB 2928 funds; and
WHEREAS, the project started on May 13, 2002, and was
completed on June 29, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $394,005 87; and
WHER~AS, staff conducted the final inspection on July 10, 2002
and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance with the
project plans and specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1 That the City Council accepts the Rlatt Avenue Street
Improvement Project, Project No 05-5249, as being complete and in accordance
with contract documents
adoption.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this ~th day of
