AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT-
\VINDELS MARX LANE
'VHEREAS, the Borough is in need of certain professional legal services with regard to
the following matters; and
\VHEREAS, the law.finn of Win de Is Marx Lane ("Windels") posses the requisite skill
and expertise to provide said services; and
"'HEREAS, \Vindels has agreed to provide the requisite professional services at a cost
not to exceed the amounts listed;

\Vashlngton Ave. Parking Lot; and
$ 9,500.00 Carteret Industrial Project v.
Borough of Carterct
WHEREAS, the Borough's Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are available
for said purposes. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carterct that the above~referenced professional legal service provider is hereby
authorized to provide the related professional services with regard to the above-
referenced projects in an amount not to exceed the respective authorizations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the award of a contract to the respective
professional service provider is an award of a professional services contract and that a
copy ofthis resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Department.
