HomeMy Public PortalAboutNotice: Mandatory Meeting, March 19, 1993TOWN OF GULF STREAM PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF MANDATORY MEETING FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN CONNECTING TO A SEWER SYSTEM The Gulf Stream Homeowners Improvement Association will hold its annual meeting Friday, March 19, 1993, at 9:00 a.m. at the Gulf Stream Town Hall. All property owners located north of and including the Gulf Stream Golf Club who are interested in connecting to the Association system are invited to attend. The Association consists of a private group of homeowners who own and operate a sewage collection system on the north end of Gulf Stream. The group is not a part of nor endorsed by the Town of Gulf Stream. However, as it is the only available sewer system in the north end of Gulf Stream, the Town has agreed to provide this notice. Given the current lack of community support for a Town -owned system, the Association system likely will remain the only available sewer system in Gulf Stream for many years to come. Although the system has plenty of extra capacity, adjustments must be made for the system to run more efficiently. As a result, the Association has requested that all of those who are interested in connecting identify themselves now because adding homes in the future will be considerably more expensive. At the March 19 meeting, the Association will explain the system, provide connection cost information and answer questions. All of those interested in connecting to the system must attend the meeting or contact Mr. Charles Hallock, the Association president, no later than March 19, 1993. Mr. Hallock can be reached by phone at home in the evenings at 265-2496. 100 SEA ROAD, GULF STREAM, FLORIDA 33483 Telephone COMMISSIONERS . , ,. (407) 276-5116 -.'A•, Ff'—L+' Fax WILLIAM F.
