RESOLUTION NO. ',V
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ROLLING GREEN STORM
SEWER PROJECT AND HUNTER DRIVE NORTH
STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council proposed to install a storm sewer
project and street improvement and ordered the combined project by
Resolution No. 84-56; and
WHEREAS, the City Council directed that a public hearing be
held on the proposed improvement on the 18th day of December, 1984,
in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 2052 County
Road 24, Hamel, Minnesota, at 8:00 p.m., and the City Clerk/Treasur-
er was directed to give mailed and published notice of the hearing
and improvement as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the said hearing was held and all interested persons
were given an opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. All actions of the City Council taken with respect to the Rol-
ling Green storm sewer project and Hunter Drive North street
improvement, including Resolution No. 84-56 are hereby con-
firmed.
