A WARDING CONTRACT FOR THE MISCELLANEOUS
PRINTING CONTRACT
'VHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") has previously authorized the
preparation of bid specifications and contract documents and advertisement for receipt of
bids for the Miscellaneous Printing Contract; and
WHEREAS, the Borough received bids for said project on September 5, 2007; and
\VHEREAS, DL Printing Company, lnc., Avenel, New Jersey submitted the lowest bId
for various printing items pursuant to the bid specification package as evidence by the
response on file with the Borough's Purchasing Department and Borough Clerk's Office
as follows:

'VHEREAS, the Borough's Law Director, has reviewed the above referenced bid
propasales) and has recommended an award of a contract for the above referenced bid
items; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's ChiefFinal1cial Officer has certified that funds are or will be
available for the award of a contract for said work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Cmieret, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough hereby awards the bid. for the Miscellaneous Priilting
Contract to DL Printing Company, Avenel, New Jersey.
2. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with DL Printing as provided for herein, for various
printing items, a.nd in accordance in all respects with the request for proposals
and bid on the same.
3. That a copy ofthis Resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department, the Borough Law Director and DL Printing Company, Inc.
