RESOLUTION NO. ~nn~ _ ~ ~R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE HAM PARK YOUTH CENTER PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
05-5205, AS BEING COMPLETE ~
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized staff to proceed with
informal bids for construction of Ham Park Youfh Center; and
WHEREAS, the project started on June 20, 2001, and was
completed on July 11, 2002; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on July 15, 2002
and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance with the
project plans and specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Ham Park Youth
Center Project, Project No. 05-5205, as being complete and in accordance with
project plans and specifications
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3~.~ day of
