CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. /(
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE HAMEL SEWER
REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1984, the City Council held a public hear-
ing on the Hamel Sewer Rehabilitation project and ordered the im-
provement pursuant to Resolution No. 84-1); and
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a public hearing to be held
confirming the proposed improvement on December 18, 1984, at 8:30
p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 2052 County Road 24 in the City
of Medina, and the Clerk/Treasurer gave mailed and published notice
of the hearing and improvement as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the said hearing was held and all interested persons
were given an opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. All actions of the City Council taken with respect to the
Hamel Sewer Rehabilitation project, including Resolution No.
84- are hereby confirmed.
