December 31, 1988 as requested by Palm Desert.

c. Riverside to Orange County Commuter Rail Study
Additional cost information on feasibility of extension
to Fullerton is provided as information only.
d. CTSA Study Consultant Selection Update
Staff requests authorization to proceed as proposed.
e. Callbox Program Status Report
This is an informational item.
f. Contract to Provide Engineering Services for the Callbox
Project_
The Bi-County SAFE Technical Advisory Committee
recommends approval.

Staffs requests authorization to distribute Requests for
Proposals as recommended.
b. Performance Audit of Commission Activities
Staff requests authorization to distribute Requests for
Proposals as recommended.
9. Measure A Items
a. Bond Anticipation Note - Resolution 89-01
Staff recommends approval of Resolution 89-01.
b. Agreement Between RCTCLOCTC and Parsons Brinckerhoff
Quade & Douglas, Inc. for Conceptual Design Studies for
Highway 91 from Magnolia Avenue in Riverside Counto to
Route 57 in Orange County.
Staff recommends approval of the "Agreement".
c. Perris Rail Extension Study and Amtrak Station
Implementation Actions
Staff recommends approval of the work proposal.
d. Measure A Program Progress Report
A written progress report is provided. The Commission
may provide direction for future actions.
