A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
5-5256, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contracf to Ranco
Corporation for the Sidewalk Improvement Project, Project No 05-5256, and
`J WHEREAS, the pro~ect started on August 5, 2002, and was
; completed on September 9, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $31,347 25, and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on September 23,
2002, and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance
with the project plans and specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows ~
Section 1. That the City Council accept the Sidewalk Improvement
Project, Project No 05-5256, as being complete and in accordance with contract
documents ~
adoption
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this lst day of
