A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE OF
THE LYNWOOD SEWER SYSTEM PROJECT, PROJECT
' NO. 02-4446, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on May 21,2002, the City Council awarded a contract of $83,600 00 to
National Plant Services, Inc for the 1Vlaintenance of the Lynwood Sewer System Pro~ect; and
and
WHEREAS, the project started on June 24, 2002, and was completed on July 26, 2002;
WHEREAS, staff inspected the pro~ect, and found that all work has been completed in
accordance with the pro~ect plans and specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the Crty Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows• '
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Mamtenance of the Lynwood Sewer
- System Project, Pro~ect No 02-4446, as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
