A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD~ AUTHORIZING THE INFORMAL BIDDING PROCESS
~ FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE SEWER MAIN LINE AND
APPURTENANT WORK ON OLANDA STREET BETWEEN
-' STONEACRE AVENUE AND COOKACRE AVENUE, PROJECT NO.
! ' S-5229
WHEREAS, the Sewer Main and Service Pro~ect is listed in the Capital
Improvement Program for FY 2001-2002; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost for extending the sewer main line and appurtenant
work on Olanda Street between Stoneacre Avenue and Cookacre Avenue is $20,000, and
WHEREAS, because of the small pro~ect size, the pro~ect can be more
expeditiously completed through an informal bidding process; and
WHEREAS, .the Lynwood Mumcipal Code, Section 6-3 13 allows the informal
bidding process with a 4/5 vote.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Lynwood City Council as follows•
. Section 1 The City Council autharizes the informal bidding process for extending
the sewer mam line and appurtenant work on Olanda Street between Stoneacre Avenue and
Cookacre Avenue, Project No 5-5229, by a 4/5 vote
' Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
