' /' / L"`,/ RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE IMPROVEMENT OF HUNTER DRIVE SOUTH AND THE ASSESSMENT OF THE COSTS THEREOF WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 1st day of May, 1984, in the City Council Chambers in the City of Medina, at 8:00 p.m., at which time the Council considered and ordered the improvement of Hunter Drive South, all as set forth in Resolution No. 84-14, said improvement consisting of the grading, base and asphalt surfacing of the said street and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the costs thereof; and WHEREAS, on the 15th day of August, 1984, the City Council held a public hearing and adopted the assessment roll for the said improve- ment as set forth in Resolution No. 84-60; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 18th day of December, 1984, in the City Council Chambers in the City of Medina at 9:00 p.m. and the City Clerk/Treasurer gave mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law, and all persons so en- titled were given an opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA: 1. All actions of the City Council taken with respect to the Hunter Drive South street improvement, including Resolutions No. 84-14 and 84-60 are hereby confirmed. DATED: `E c,cy „: ,) / c/ , 1984.
