AUTHOmZING DONATION OF A UTILITY TRUCK
FROM MIDDLESEX WATER COMPANY
'YHEREAS, Middlesex Water Company has agreed to donate a 1996 GMC one ton
Utility Tluck to the Borough of CarteIet for use by the Office of Emergency
Management; and
'YHEREAS, by donating this huck, Middlesex Water Company, makes 110 expressed or
implied warranty and it is understood that the above mentioned tntck has been subject to
ordinary wear and tear; and
'VHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept the donation from
Middlesex Water Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Conneil of the Borough
of CafteIet, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that the donation of a utility truck
from Middlesex Water Company is hereby authorized and accepted.
