DEAR GULF STREAM PROPERTY OWNER:
The Town of Gulf Stream must become cost effective in order
to properly serve all the Tax Payers of this community.
Therefore, after consulting with our Maintenance Department
we have reached the conclusion that we cannot maintain
your property at current rates.
Maintenance of your lot requires the time -'of two Town
employees, the use of the Town tractor and required diesel
fuel. These costs are in excess of our previous charge
to you.
In order to cover all costs the Town must charge $100.00
per lot. We regret this large increase but, as you are
aware, it has been many years since this charge was
increased at all.
If you have any question on this matter please call the
Town Hall at 276-5116.
