A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AWARDING A CONTRACT TO NORRIS-REPKE ~IN~ THE AMOUNT OF
~ $56,050.00, FOR THE DESIGN OF MAGNOLIA AVE. (LONG BEACH TO
; BULLIS) EUCLID AVE. (LONG BEACH TO BULLIS), BURTON AVE.
~" (ALPINE TO BULLIS) AND SCHOOL ST. (BUI2TON TO LYNWOOD)
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 05-5261,
FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003, AND AUTI-~ORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREA, the design phase for Magnolia Ave., Euclid Ave., Burton Ave. and
School St. Street Improvement Pro~ect, Pro~ect Number 05-5261 is listed in the CDBG Program
for FY 2002-2003; and
WHEREAS, Noms-Repke was selected to provide professional services for street
improvement pro~ects, and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $56,050.00, was negotiated with Noms-Repke.
for the design of the Magnoha Ave., Euclid Ave., Burton Ave. and School St. Improvement
Pro~ ect.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows
~ Section 1 That the contract for the design of the Magnolia Ave., Euclid Ave.,
Burton Ave and School St. Improvement Pro~ect, Pro~ect Number OS-5261, be awarded to
Norris-Repke for the negotiated pnce of $56,050 00 ~
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authonzed to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and Noms-Repke.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
