RESOLUTION NO. / - /66
ERICKSON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Violet Erickson ("subdivider") has re-
quested approval of her subdivision application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Medina that the Violet Erickson subdi-
vision application to divide the following described
property:
The North 345 feet of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 13, Township 118, Range 23,
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) The subdivider shall conform in all
respects to plans submitted to the
City of Medina and to the Medina
Zoning Code and Subdivision Regu-
lations.
(2) The owners of the property will
grant to the City a 30 foot ease-
ment along Brockton Lane for road
and utility purposes.
(3) The subdivider shall enter into a
Private Road Agreement as approved
by the City Attorney.
(4) Prior to issuance of a building
permit or sale of the property, a
park dedication fee of fl pOp."

of Medina.
(5) Subdivision approval may be res-
cinded by the Medina City Council
in the event that Violet Erickson,
