CALL TO ORDER
The November 16, 2007, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:05 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, and Penfold
Absent: Ferguson, Harvey, and Smith
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2007 -110 and 2007 -111 (IPT Phone system). Councilwoman Cindy Layton asked fora list
of changes and options the new system would provide. Bill Betts stated he would be able
to present that information at Monday night's meeting.
2007 -112 (agreement for Algoa / Moreau pump station). Eric Seaman explained staff is
requesting that this bill be pulled off the agenda as they had not received all information yet.
2007 -113 (agreement with MoDot for greenway extension). The contract and map was
distributed since it was not available to include in the packets.
2007 -103 (code amendments pertaining to sidewalks). Discussion was held regarding the
substitute. Questions were asked by Council which were answered by staff.
