A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE LUGO AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 05-5253, AS BEIMG COMPLETE
(~ WHEREAS, on June 18, the City Council awarded a contract to
f~, Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors, for the Lugo Avenue Street Improvement
-- Project, Project No. 05-5253, funded by CDBG funds, and
WHEREAS, the project started on July 16, 2002, and was
completed on August 28, 2002; and

WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $275,649.14; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on September 5,
2002 and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance
with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows~
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lugo Avenue Street
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5253, as being complete and in accordance
with contract documents. '

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
