WHEREAS THE City of Medina has following balances remaining
in Year IX, Community Development Block Grant Funds:

WHEREAS the following balance remains in Year X, Community
Development Block Grant Funds:
Hamel Sewer Repair 10,070.00
WHEREAS the balances remaining need to be: expended or
reprogrammed by January 1, 1985, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT funds be allocated as follows
to Year X programs:
Public Service Employee $ 3,500.00
Rehabilitation of Private Property 12,978.32
Hamel Sewer Repair Special Assess 2,700.00
Comprehensive Plan Implementation 5,000.00
Water Feasibility Study/Tax Increm-
ent District Study 10,000.00
