A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN, MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL
EMPLOYEES' SALARY SCHEDULES AND AUTHORIZING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF IDENTIFIED INCUMBENTS
WHEREAS, the Crty Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee Classification
and Posihon Plan and on occasion amends the plan as needed, and
~! WHEREAS, the City Council of the Crty of Lynwood had adopted a salary resolution with salary

WHEREAS, the City has identified a need for the posltioi~ descriptions of Infonnation Systems
Mailager; Infonnation Systeins Technician, P.ayroll Analyst, Customer Relations Specialist and Parl<
Ranger; and
WF~EREAS, classificahon statements have been prepared and reviewed by the Personnel Board,
and
WHEREAS, Persoiu~el Rules and Regulations, Rule IV, Section 4 Reclassification, provide for an
employee to be allocated to a inore appropriate class when the duties of which have changed materially
so as to necessitate reclassifications, and
NUW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order
and resolve as follows
Section 1 Ainend the Einployee Classification Plan, Management and General Salary Schedules
to u~clude new position descriptions effective November 25, 2002 as follows
1) Information Systeins Manager $3902 -$4746 47M
2) Infornlat~on Systems Teclinician $2789 -$3390 35G
~
3) Payroll Analyst $2529 - $3074 31G
4) Customer Relations Spectalist $3902 -$4746 47M
5) Parlc Ranger $1840 - $2238 18G
Section 2 Reclassification of identified incumbents shall be effective November 25, 2002 as
follows
