A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION STATEMENT FOR THE POSITION OF
DIRECTOR OF NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION AS PREVIOUSLY
ADOPTED UNDER RESOLUTION 2002-162.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an
n~~ employee classification and position plan and on occasion amended the plan as
~~~ ~ needed, and

WHEREAS, the City has identified a need to modify the Director of
Neighborhood Preservation job description to meet the necessary requirements
relative to experience and education, and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the classification statement has been
reviewed and recommended for approval by the Personnel Board, and
WHEREAS, this Resolution amends Resolution No 2002-162 for the
Classification Statement for Director of Neighborhood Preservation
NOW, THEREFORF, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows

Section 1: That amendment to the Employee Classification and Position
Plan is approved for the pasition of Director of Neighborhood Preservation
Section 2~ This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption
