A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
' OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A PARKING STUDY
~ CONTRACT TO~I~IMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES,
INC AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE,
THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, staff sent out request-for-proposals for the Lynwood Civic Center/St. Francis
Hospital area parking study, and
WHEREAS, staff has received proposal from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc to perfarm
said p~~rking study, :and ~ ' -
WHEREAS, staff has found that the~consultant possesses the qualifications and experience
to per~orm said study and that the proposed fees are reasonable
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS: , , ~
Section 1 The contract in the amount of $22,545 be awarded to Kimley-Horn and
Associates to perform the }~arking study for the Lynwood Civic Center/St. Francis Hosprtal
Section 2 The Mayor is authorized to execute said contract.
_ Section 3 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. -
