PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
~mEREAS, the Carteret Redevelopment Agency acquired certain
property for redevelopment purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Carteret Redevelopment Agency is a tax exempt
agency, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the following
