RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY
REPORT ON RURAL INDUSTRIAL PARK
WATER TRUNK AND ELEVATED STORAGE
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a water trunk line
along T.H.55 and to construct an elevated water storage facility
in the area of the rural industrial park and to assess the
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study and that they be
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether they should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvements as
recommended.
