HomeMy Public PortalAboutAddendum No. 9 to Contract No. 146-2005 - Sanitary & Stormwater - WURADDENDUM THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this 31 4.) day of L�6tA,,,2014, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation acting through its Board of Sanitary Commissioners and Storm Water Management Board (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Wayne County Soil and Water Conservation District ("Wayne District'), the Union County Soil and Water Conservation District ("Union District'), and the WUR Solid Waste Management (`WUR"). WHEREAS, City, Wayne District, Union District, and WUR entered into Contract No.146-2005 and eight addenda thereafter; and WHEREAS, City, Wayne District, Union District, and WUR wish to continue to jointly utilize services of an Education Coordinator for certain services within the scope of Contract No. 146-2005; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City, Wayne District, Union District, and WUR hereby agree to amend Contract No.146-2005 as follows: 1. The Education Coordinator shall be paid a sum not to exceed the annual salary of Thirty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy -Three Dollars and Sixty Cents ($37,273.60), plus usual and customary benefits, for satisfactory work performed for services. 2. The term of this Contract shall be extended for a period of one year commencing on January 1, 2015 and concluding on December 31, 2015. 3. City, Wayne District, Union District, and WUR agree to pay rent for office space for the Education Coordinator, a total amount not to exceed $5,351.50 annually, through Wayne District, in the same proportionate share as each entity is obligated to pay its share of the compensation of the Education Coordinator under Contract No. 146-2005, to -wit: City, 30%; Wayne District, 30%; WUR, 30%; and Union District, 10%. Addendum No. 9 to Contract No. 146-2005 4. The Storm Water Management Board of the City of Richmond, Indiana, continues as a participant in this Agreement, as an entity of City and sharing in City's obligations and benefits hereunder. 5. All other terms, conditions and covenants contained in Contract No. 146- 2005, shall be preserved and hereby affirmed.
