STAFF REPORTS INTO PUBLIC HEARING RECORDS .
WHEREAS, a staff repot-t has been prepared for each item to be cons~dered

WHEREAS, a staff oral presentarion is not always of benefit to the publtc and

NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the C~ty of Lynwood does hereby
fnd, determ~ne, order, and resolve as follows w
Section 1. That the staff repol-t foT- each ~tem brought to public hearing shall
autornatically Ue deemed to be part of the public r-ecot~d wrthout the necess~ty of a separate
actron thereon
~ Section 2. That the C~ty Clei-k is ~nsti-ucted to ~nclude the Staff Report in the
