A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT DEDICATED FOR STREET
PURPOSES AT ATLANTIC AVENUE
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development at 10901 Atlantic Avenue
~-~ require the developer to dedicate a corner cutoff at the northeast corner of the property for the
( construction of a handicap ramp, and

WHEREAS, the City Council of.the City of Lynwood has'determined that said easement is
necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, rt has been determined that the best interest of the Crty shall be served by
accepting said easement; and
WHEREAS, said easement has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOW,S•

Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of said easement for street purposes
from Grae Atlantic LLC described below•
That portion of Lot 6 of the Downey and Helman Tract, in the City of Lynwood,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page
31 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder of, said County,
more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Pendleton Avenue, 60 00
feet wide and the Westerly line of Atlantic Avenue, 100 feet wide, as shown on
Record of Survey filed in Book 131, Page 51, records of said County, Thence
Southerly along said Westerly line of Atlantic Avenue, 25.00 feet to the beginning
of a curve, tangent to said Westerly line Atlantic Avenue, concave to. the
Southwest, having a radius of 20 00 feet; Thence Northwesterly along said curve
to its point of tangency at said Southerly line of Pendleton Avenue, Thence
Easterly along said Southerly line 25 00 feet to the point of beginning
Assessor's Map No. 6193-003-023 in the office of the County Recorder
Commonly known as 10901 Atlantic Avenue

Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon rts adoption.
