REQUESTING APPROVAL OF INSERTION OF $150,000
THE 2007 BUDGET REVENUE AVAILABLE FROM THE URBAN
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRM4
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-87 provides that the Director of Local
Government Services may approve the insertion of any special
item of revenue in the budget of any municipality when such
item shall have been made available by law and the amount
thereof was not determined at the time of the adoption of the
budget, and
~VHEREAS, said Director may also. approve the insertion of any
item of appropriation for -equal amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret
hereby requests the Director of the Division 'of Local
Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of
revenue in the budget of the year 2007 in the sum of $150,000
which item is now available as a revenue from the Urban
Enterprise Zone Program.
BE IT. FURTHER RESOLVED that a like sum of $150,000 he and the
same is hereby appropriated under the caption of:
Urban Enterprise Zone Prog~am
$l50,000
Adopted this 20th day of September
2007 and certified as a true copy
of the original on September 21, 'XfJ7.
