A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY~ COUNCIL OF THE
= C1TY OF , LYNWOOD ~ APPROVING THE
.~APPROPRIATION OF TDA ARTICLE 3 FUNDS TO
THE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT,
;PROJECT 5-5270, FY 2OD2- '
~WHEREAS, the~ Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3
provides annual funds allocation to cities to construct pedestrian facilities, such
as sidewalk and wheelchair r'amp, and
V1/HEREAS, the City Council has appropriated $37,389 of the City's
2002-03 .TDA' allocation for fhe Sidewalk Reconstruction Project, Pro~ect
5-5270, and m ~ ~ • ~• ~ ' ~
WHEREAS, staff has identified an additional $3,720 of this fund ,
thaf can be utilized in this project. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT :RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows
,Section 1, That the City Manager or his designee is authonzed to ~
make the following funds appropriation and transfer
