A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE INFORMAL BIDDING PROCESS FOR THE SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5270, FY 2002-2003."
WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Improvement Project, Project No 5-5270,
is listed in the Capital Improvement Pro~ect for FY 2002-2003, and

~~ WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Improvement Project is scheduled for
~ completion during the FY 2002-2003, and '
WHEREAS, the Sidewalk.lmprovement Project is funded by TDA
Article 3 Funds, and
WHEREAS, because of the small pro~ect size, the project can be
more expeditiously completed through an informal bidding process, and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Municipal~ Code, Section 6-3 13 allows
the informal bidding process with the City Council's 4/5 vote
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Lynwood City Council as
follows ~
Section 1 The City Council authorizes the informal bidding
process for the Sidewalk Improvement Project, Froject No 05-5270, by a 4/5
vote
Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption
