RESOLUTION NO. �'-
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON A MODIFICATION TO THE
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1 AND TO TIF PLANS FOR
TIF DISTRICTS NOS. 1-1 AND 1-2
WHEREAS, the City Council by action on January 29, 1985
adopted a development program for development district No. 1 and
TIF plans for TIF districts Nos. 1-1 and 1-2; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify said program and plans to
indicate a change in the total amount of bonded indebtedness to
be incurred.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. Ehlers and Associates, Inc. be instructed to prepare modi-
fications to said development program and TIF plans to
reflect the total amount of bonded indebtedness.
2. Ehlers and Associates, Inc. submit said amended development
program and TIF plans to the appropriate school boards and
Hennepin County board for comment.
3. The City Clerk be authorized to prepare a notice for publi-
cation in the official newspaper setting a public hearing
before the City Council on the modifications to said devel-
opment program and TIF plans on the /,.3 day of
1)"),6L.v-r,j,, , 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
and that such notice be published at least once in said
newspaper at least 10 but not more than 30 days prior to
such public hearing.
