A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE CALIFORNIA AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
- PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5214, AS BEING COMPLETE

~ WHEREAS, on August 7, the City Council awarded a contract to
~ Sully-Miller Contracting, for the California Avenue Street Improvement Project,
. Project No 05-5214, funded by Prop C funds, and
WHEREAS, the project started on September 11, 2002, and was.
completed on December 2, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $321,448 12, and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on December 10,
2002 and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance
with the pro~ect plans and specificatibns
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 That the City Council accepts the California Avenue
Street Improvement Project, Project No 05-5214, as being complete and in
accordance with contract documents
~ Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
February , 2003 ~
