A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT MARTINEZ
ARCHITECTS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000.00 FOR THE
PREPARTION OF THE CITY CORPORATE YARD MASTER
PLAN, PROJECT NO. 05-5274 FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Corporate Yard Master Plan, Project No 05-5274 is
listed in the FY 2002-2003, budget; arid
WHEREAS, Martinez Architects, Inc was selected to prepare the City
Corporate Yard Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $24,000 00, was negotiated with Martinez
Architects, Inc. to prepare the City Corporate Yard Master Plan, and ,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1. That a contract for preparation of the City Corporate Yard
Master Plan, Project no 05-5274 be awarded to Martinez Architects, Inc for the
negotiated price of $24,000 00
Section 2 That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
between the City of Lynwood and Martinez Architects, Inc
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
February ,2003
