A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE REAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR OUTSTANDING
ENCUMBRANCES AT FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2002
~ WHEREAS, purchase orders were issued and invoices had not been received nor paid for
- goods and services prior to June 30, 2002, and _
WHEREAS, the Crty Council adopted the annual operatmg budget m November 2002,
and
WHEREAS, the City has closed its accounting records for FY 2001'-2002, and
WHEREAS, the FY 2002-2003 Annual Operatmg Budget does not include
. appropriations for outstanding encumbrances for the prior fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reappropnate funds to cover disbursements for outstanding
obligations at fiscal year ending June 30, 2002,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Crty Council of the Crty of Lynwood does hereby find, order,
and resolve as follows
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authonzed to make the followmg

Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
