RESOLUTION NO. is:"
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON RURAL
INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER TRUNK AND
ELEVATED STORAGE FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a preliminary report prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates, Inc. relating to trunk water line and
elevated storage facility improvements in the rural industrial
park was received by the Council on the 29th day of January,
1985; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on said improvement was scheduled
for the 5th day of March, 1985 in the Council Chambers at City
Hall and 7:30 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
That Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. prepare
plans and specifications for the trunk water line and elevated
storage facililty improvements in the rural industrial park area.
