A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT NBCE, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $77,500.00 FOR DESIGN OF LONG BEACH
BLVD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5267
FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the Long Beach Bivd Improvement Project (fmperial Highway
to north city limit), Project No. 05-5267 is listed in the FY 2002-2003, budget; and
WHEREAS, NBCE, Inc. was selected to prepare the Long Beach Blvd
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5267; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $77,500.00, was negotiated with NBCE,
Inc. to prepare the Long Beach Bivd Improvement Project; and ~
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a contract for preparation of the Long Beach Blvd
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5267 be awarded to NBCE, Inc. for the negotiated
price of $77,500.00.
Section 2 That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
between the City of Lynwood and NBCE, Inc.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
