• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A~CONTRACT TO NORRIS-REPKE IN
~ THE AMOUNT OF $'f9,449.00 FOR THE DESIGNOF LYNWOOD
. ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5268
FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003, AND AUTHORIZING•THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT • •
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Road (State Street and Alameda Street)
.~ Improvement Project,~Project No.05-5268 is listed in the FY 2002-2003, budget; and ~
WHEREAS, Norris-Repke was selected to prepare the Lynwood Road
Improvement Project; and . _ ,
WHEREAS, a confract price of $19,449.00, was negotiated with Norris-
• Repke to design the Lyriwood Road Improvement Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find; proclaim, order and resolve as follows;
Section 1. That a contract for design of Lynwood Road Improvement
Project, Project No.05-5268 be awarded to Norris-Repke for the negotiated price'of
$19,449.00. ~ ~
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement .
between the City of Lynwood and Norris-Repke. , ,
,. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
