~` ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCFL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
' ACCEPTING THE i4LAMEDA STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, BY ACTA,
, AS BEING COMPLETE
. WHEREAS, on April 23 1998, the City entered into a Memorandum
Of Understanding with Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA) for the
Alameda Street Improvement Project; and ~
WHEREAS, the project started on October 15, 2001, construction
was completed on April 2002 and all punch list items were finalized on January
2003; and
WHEREAS, All cost for plan checks, improvements and inspections
were paid for by ACTA. ~
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on February 5,
2003 and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance
with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of'Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Alameda Street
Improvement Project, as being complete and in accordance with contract
documents.
